Раніше, якщо людина писала ввечері або коли я був зайнятий, відповідь могла затриматися. Зараз клієнти одразу отримують інформацію про товари та ціни, і це дійсно зручно. 01.07.2026We ordered this for our firm — around 10,000 contracts, half of them old scans, not text files. Because of that the timeline slipped a bit — had to recognize the text from the scans first, which took some time. Vadim explained everything honestly, didn't drag things out, was always reachable on Telegram. In the end everything works great, the bot finds the right clauses in seconds. And the price is way cheaper than competitors on the market. Just one thing — if you have scans instead of digital documents, leave some extra time in your schedule.
